Synopsis As part of RHTP's Interoperability in Action Initiative, the Rural Access and Connectivity Fund aims to advance technology innovation through reducing duplicative care improving health outcomes through interoperable systems. This funding opportunity will expand access to care, social services, and community resources through connected systems and real-time information sharing. The program will focus on developing and testing a rural health use case within proof of concept tooling (POC) environment that complements data modernization initiatives.
Eligible applicants include rural health clinics, critical access hospitals, rural hospitals, and rural-focused community organizations operating in the State of Michigan as defined in the Grant Funding Opportunity (GFO) document.
