Michigan Rural Interoperability for Local Health Department Access and Connectivity-2027

Summary

As part of RHTP’s Interoperability in Action Initiative, the Rural Access and Connectivity Fund aims to advance technology innovation by reducing duplicative care and improving health outcomes through interoperable systems. Eligibility
