Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must submit a detailed proposal including: (1) organization or individual background, contact information, relevant qualifications and experience; (2) description of mentoring philosophy and technical approach; (3) proposed service model, staffing, and availability; (4) detailed pricing model covering September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027, estimate for October 2027, and an annual estimate through 2030; (5) sustainability plan. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline to the designated contact person.
