Summary

HEALTHWORKS (KHA Foundation Inc.) seeks a Centralized Verification Organization to support Kansas's Centralized Credentialing Verification Pilot (CCV) under a hosted model — centralizing provider credentialing intake and primary source verification statewide while preserving payer credentialing authority and hospital privileging decisions. Funded by RHTP.

Eligibility

Qualified, accredited organizations (NCQA or equivalent) with demonstrated experience in credentialing verification services, supporting payer delegation models, and handling statewide/multi-payer credentialing are eligible to apply.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must deliver a fully operational CVO supporting statewide CCV operations, standardized verification workflows, secure credentialing exchange, dashboards and reporting, audit-ready policies/procedures, and documented service levels. Proposals must cover technology integration, data management, quality assurance, and federal compliance as outlined in 2 CFR Part 200 and FAR, as well as provide a phased implementation plan and cost breakdown per pilot and post-pilot periods.
