The program will fund a university-operated, statewide pediatric psychiatry access line providing behavioral health teleconsultation resources for rural providers. This initiative supports rural behavioral health access and provider consultation, as part of Idaho's RHTP investments emphasizing technology and workforce integration for rural healthcare transformation.
Eligible applicants include Idaho universities or organizations able to serve as a statewide lead entity to support rural provider entities. Entities must be able to meet experience and capacity requirements as defined in the solicitation.
