The State of Montana is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, software, licensing, implementation, integration, training, maintenance, and support to establish a statewide Emergency Medical Dispatch System for participating Montana Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). The goal is to enhance emergency medical dispatch capabilities across Montana in alignment with rural health transformation initiatives. The system must serve 35 PSAPs and meet national EMS standards, including NENA, ASTM, NHTSA, NFPA, AHA, and CPR-related criteria.
