The State of Montana, through the Department of Public Health and Human Services and State Procurement Services Division, is issuing this Request for Proposal to select a vendor to provide technical assistance for the statewide development of the Community Health Aide Program (CHAP) under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The contractor will support CHAP implementation emphasizing workforce development, rural health infrastructure, behavioral health, and compliance with federal and state reporting and contract requirements. The agreement will be executed as a lump sum for services delivered over five years. Offerors must meet mandatory requirements and submit specified materials to be considered.
Eligibility
