The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) requests qualifications from consultants for a pre-qualified pool to support Rural Community Health Infrastructure Program (RCHIP) projects aligned with the GO NORTH - Rural Health Transformation (RHT) plan. Consultants will provide project development, grant writing, and grant administration services to assist rural health infrastructure initiatives, including facility renovations at county-run nursing homes, mental health centers, and EMS facilities. Eligible sites include federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), county-run nursing homes and assisted living facilities, community mental health centers, and EMS. The RFQ aims to build technical assistance capacity for applicants and awardees to comply with federal and state requirements and achieve project milestones. Inclusion on the pre-qualified pool facilitates but does not guarantee consultant selection; engagement is determined by project needs and client choice.
Eligibility
Consultants (firms or individuals) demonstrating relevant experience in infrastructure development, health or community facility projects, grant administration, and familiarity with state and federal compliance (particularly 2 CFR Part 200). Must show experience with New Hampshire municipalities or nonprofits and capacity to serve diverse communities across the state.
