FHC sought a qualified consulting firm or team to serve as the GO-NORTH data and reporting partner. The scope covered data-collection system design, reporting-framework and data-dictionary development, subrecipient data-capacity building, technology implementation and integration, program-level analytics, dashboards, CMS/GO-NORTH reporting, data governance, and evaluation support for a portfolio of approximately 50–100 subrecipient awards. The RFP required NH-based nonprofit, for-profit, or community-based organizations; contract execution was expected through September 30, 2027, with multi-year continuation contingent on GO-NORTH funding. The Year 1 budget ceiling was up to $500,000.
Eligible applicants include New Hampshire-based nonprofit, for-profit, and community-based organizations with expertise in health data management, analytics, and reporting. Applicants must demonstrate prior experience serving healthcare-related grants or projects of similar complexity.
