Eligible applicants are New Hampshire-based nonprofit, for-profit, and community organizations that are: licensed NH EMS units; organizations without EMS licensure but with a licensed NH EMS unit formally involved; or organizations actively pursuing NH EMS licensure (must provide documentation). Nonprofits must be in good standing with the NH Secretary of State. Applicants must be located in rural regions as defined by HRSA. Partnerships are encouraged, with a designated lead applicant. Ineligible entities are individuals or organizations with outstanding legal proceedings involving NH or government entities.
