Maternal Health Provider Training – 2027 (MHPT-2027)

Eligibility

Eligible applicants must operate and serve populations within rural or partially rural Michigan counties as identified by MDHHS.

Requirements Checklist

• Applications must provide a detailed plan for recruiting, retaining, and training maternal health providers in rural Michigan, with goals for workforce expansion, culturally competent care, and service integration. Plans should be based on proven best practices and demonstrate the capacity to execute within the period of performance.
