Anticipated up to 15 subawards, award range $80,000-$120,000 ANNUALLY per site (depending on number of applicants awarded). Eligible applicants (schools, not health organizations): county/local/state school districts (independent or public) and schools on tribal land in Idaho, county/local/state charter school districts. Must meet RHTP rural definition and be Idaho-based. No cost share/match required.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are county, local, or state school districts (including independent or public), charter school districts, and schools on tribal land located in Idaho. Eligible entities must meet Idaho RHTP's rural definition and must be Idaho-based. Health organizations are not eligible; only educational entities may apply.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must establish School-Based Family Support Hubs (SBFSHs) within eligible rural schools to facilitate mental and behavioral health services, including access for parents and youth to behavioral health support, family therapy, and telehealth services. Applicants must submit: a detailed line-item budget and narrative justification for the five-year project, documentation of organizational capacity for federal grant compliance (including 2 CFR Part 200 requirements), and demonstrate indirect and direct administrative costs do not exceed 10% of the total budget. Application must be submitted by email to IdahoRHTP@dhw.idaho.gov by the deadline.
