Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must demonstrate capacity to administer and coordinate a statewide or multi-regional network of subgrantees. Must facilitate local implementation through partnerships, subawards, technical assistance, training, coordination, and oversight. Submit a detailed line-item budget and narrative justification. Administrative and indirect costs together must not exceed 10% of the total approved budget (calculated on MTDC as per 2 CFR 200.1). Costs must be allowable, allocable, reasonable, and necessary per 2 CFR 200 Subpart E. Include education on Idaho's Neurocognitive Crisis Hold (Idaho Code 56-2101), purpose, implementation efforts, data, and lessons learned in workforce education activities.
