Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Hardware, Software & Training

Summary

USNH is soliciting proposals on behalf of the University of New Hampshire at Manchester’s Simulation Education Core for the provision of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) hardware, software, and training. This procurement is federally funded through the New Hampshire Rural Health Transformation (RHT) initiative, administered by GO-NORTH and supported by CMS. The selected vendor will deliver 15 Meta Quest 3 VR Headsets with accessories, as well as software services and training, supporting rural health simulation and workforce development over a five-year period.

Eligibility

Eligible respondents must be firms able to provide the specified AR/VR hardware, software, and training. Compliance with USNH’s terms and conditions, affirmative response to vendor debarment status, insurance requirements, financial disclosure upon request, and willingness to comply with all buyer prerequisites as detailed in the solicitation are required.

Requirements Checklist

Review and comply with all buyer attachments and mandatory requirements. Submit a formal proposal including total cost for equipment and 5-year software/training.
