SCORH, supported by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Foundation, is seeking up to 15 rural clinics in South Carolina for the Cancer Screening Improvement Initiative. Selected clinics will implement evidence-based policies, improve closed-loop referrals, and enhance outcome tracking to increase cancer screening rates. Funding supports clinics to adopt best practices, participate in training and evaluation, and share outcomes for rural health improvement. Awardees will receive up to $5,000 and participate in a three-year grant program focused on improving cancer screening in rural South Carolina clinics.
Eligible applicants: South Carolina rural clinics; the first cohort is limited to 15 clinics.
