Request For Quotes for Medical Executive Bootcamp tailored to rural hospitals in Washington State

Summary

The Rural Collaborative (TRC), a nonprofit supporting 31 public rural hospitals in Washington State, is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced organizations to design and deliver a Medical Executive Bootcamp tailored to rural hospital leaders. The bootcamp aims to enhance leadership skills, governance, regulatory navigation, and quality improvement for clinical leaders—including CMOs, medical staff leaders, and emerging physician leaders—in rural healthcare settings. This RFQ will identify a shortlist of qualified vendors, who may be invited to a follow-on RFP with detailed program requirements and pricing.

Eligibility

Organizations with demonstrated experience designing and delivering medical executive or physician leadership training, preferably with experience in rural healthcare settings and/or Critical Access Hospitals. Experience customizing content for rural hospitals and familiarity with clinical leadership, governance, regulatory knowledge, and rural operational performance is preferred.
