OHCA EHR Expansion RFI (Year 1)

Summary

Through the Rural Health Transformation Program, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) and its partner MyHealth Access Network are seeking information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) and related health IT vendors on capabilities supporting ambulatory practices, hospitals, rural health, public health, population health, interoperability, revenue cycle, analytics, and value-based care. The RFI is intended to help identify solutions that are clinically usable, operationally effective, standards-based, interoperable, and analytics-ready. Responses are due by 11:59 p.m. CST, December 1, 2026.

Eligibility

Eligible respondents are Electronic Health Record (EHR) and related health information technology vendors with products capable of supporting ambulatory practices, hospitals, rural health organizations, population health, and related healthcare needs. Solutions must be standards-based, interoperable, analytics-ready, and support modern healthcare delivery. Only vendors with products serving Oklahoma providers are eligible.

Requirements Checklist

• Respondents must provide: Vendor legal name; Product name and version; Confirmation of active ONC CHPL Certification (if applicable); Primary contact name, title, email address, and phone number. Solutions should be usable, effective, interoperable, and analytics-ready to support practices and hospitals across rural and ambulatory care settings.
