USNH GO-NORTH HUB Request for Applications under New Hampshire's Rural Health Transformation Program (GO-NORTH, Initiative #3 — Workforce). Funds projects that give middle-school-age through young-adult youth structured exposure to careers in healthcare and allied health, to build a rural health workforce pipeline. $350,000 total award pool; individual awards $5,000 (minimum) to $50,000 (targeted), with roughly 7–20 awards anticipated (partial funding and no awards both reserved). Applicants must be located in and/or primarily serve HRSA/FORHP-designated rural areas of New Hampshire. Eligible applicants include K-12 schools and districts, CTE centers, higher education institutions, healthcare providers and systems, community health centers, public health organizations, nonprofits, youth-serving organizations, workforce development organizations, tribal organizations, municipal agencies, and collaborative partnerships. Distinct from the earlier (closed) 'Youth Engagement Programs in Healthcare & Allied Health Careers' RFA.
K-12 schools and school districts; Career and Technical Education (CTE) centers; higher education institutions; healthcare providers and systems; community health centers; public health organizations; nonprofit organizations; youth-serving organizations; workforce development organizations; tribal organizations; municipal agencies; and collaborative partnerships of the above. Applicant must be located in and/or primarily serve HRSA Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP)-designated rural areas of New Hampshire. Projects must serve youth from approximately middle-school age through young adulthood.
