The Missouri Department of Social Services, through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), partnered with the Dept. of Health and Senior Services' Office of Rural Health and Primary Care and the Missouri Emergency Medical Services Association (MEMSA) to expand Mobile Integrated Healthcare and Community Paramedicine (MIH-CP) services across rural Missouri. MEMSA administers the funding directly: rural EMS agencies apply to start up or expand an MIH-CP program or Regional MIH Network, integrating with ToRCH Care Hubs and Regional Coordinating Networks (RCNs).
