Hub-and-spoke cancer care network program (RFP# COMPADM26008) — Hub sites propose 3 Spoke subcontractor sites (hospitals, RHCs, FQHCs, oncology practices). Sequentially numbered after DB's existing COMPADM26005/26006/26007 records. Supports new chemotherapy lines of service, care coordination between sites, remote consultations and teleoncology services, virtual tumor boards, and referral/telehealth agreements. 5 Hub organizations selected and announced 2026-06-18: Ottumwa Regional Health Center, Wayne County Hospital, Shenandoah Medical Center, Greater Regional Medical Center, and Mary Greeley Medical Center. 100% funded by CMS as part of Iowa's RHTP award.
Eligible applicants are hospitals, Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and oncology practices in Iowa proposing to serve as Hub sites, each partnering with three Spoke sites. Spoke sites cannot receive funds through both this procurement and RFP# PHTHOCC26756.
