Finance Manager – Rural Health Transformation Program (RIHCA-RHTP-RFP-001)

Summary

the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and other programmatic efforts within RIHCA. Responsibilities include managing RHTP financial requirements and deliverables, supporting fiscal operations, budget tracking, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, and coordinating with RIHCA leadership and the RHTP Project Manager. $85/hour, Not-to-Exceed $67,500, for initial term through June 30, 2027, with an optional one-year renewal. Vendor must supply a qualified Finance Manager; experience with nonprofit, grant, or healthcare finance preferred.

Eligibility

Open to vendors able to provide a qualified Finance Manager with experience in financial management or fiscal support services. Familiarity with grant-funded programs, nonprofit financial operations, or healthcare finance is preferred. Proposed individual must be qualified to work in Rhode Island and meet all proposal requirements detailed by RIHCA.
