Summary

This RFP invites proposals to establish the Center for Rural Health Sustainability & Innovation, providing support for rural health systems transformation through sustainability and innovation initiatives in NM.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include providers, organizations, and entities serving rural, frontier, or tribal communities in New Mexico, as defined by the RHT Program. See formal RFP for full requirements.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must establish and operate the Center for Rural Health Sustainability & Innovation (CRHSI), delivering sustainability and innovation initiatives for rural health transformation in New Mexico. Projects should support rural, frontier, and tribal communities and focus on improved access to specialty, maternal, behavioral, and chronic disease care, workforce strengthening, and community-led health solutions (see RHT Program overview).
