Administrative Services Organization (ASO) RFP – New Mexico Rural Health Transformation Program

Summary

the rural health workforce, and improve long-term sustainability for providers serving rural, frontier, and tribal communities. The ASO will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, supporting provider participation, and ensuring compliance and fiscal accountability for the program. Funding for the ASO contract is part of the $96,103,365 awarded for Federal Fiscal Year 2026, with all program awards 100% federally funded by CMS/HHS. The program is authorized under H.R. 1, Public Law 119-21.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are entities capable of providing administrative and operational support for statewide health transformation initiatives, including non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and qualified Administrative Services Organizations.

Requirements Checklist
