Eligibility

Eligible applicants are Wyoming rural health care providers, facilities, EMS agencies, hospital districts, county health departments, and other entities as described in the Wyoming RHTP Submittable portal RFA guidance for Track 3.1 (Technology Adoption Challenge). See portal and Notice of Funding for details.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must provide responses to all track requirements, a budget/work plan, and attach '0.1 Applicant Eligibility Information.' All activities must comply with Wyoming RHTP NOF requirements, project scope, and allowable/unallowable costs (see Notice of Funding pp. 18-20).
