SHPDA2609: Statewide Hospital Infrastructure, Analytics, Readiness Funding, and Transformation Support

Summary

SHPDA seeks a qualified contractor to provide infrastructure, analytics, readiness funding, and transformation support primarily for rural hospitals and, where applicable, associated care delivery organizations. Services include organizational readiness assessments, EHR/EMR modernization, interoperability/data-quality/analytics support, technical assistance, implementation coordination, and administration of approved Rural Value-Based Innovation funding. Funded through CMS's Rural Health Transformation Program.

Eligibility

Eligible respondents include qualified firms or individuals capable of providing infrastructure, analytics, readiness funding, and transformation support services primarily to rural hospitals and associated healthcare delivery organizations within the State of Hawaii.

Requirements Checklist

• Provide organizational readiness assessments; conduct EHR/EMR modernization; deliver interoperability, data quality, and analytics support; offer technical assistance; coordinate implementation; and administer Rural Value-Based Innovation funding as outlined in the solicitation description. Respondents must follow applicable federal grant requirements and the procurement process per Sub-chapter 4.5, HAR.
