Re-opened (second chance window: June 22–29, 2026). This program recognizes rural clinical preceptors who provide training to healthcare students in rural Utah settings. Period of performance for second chance applications: August 1–December 1, 2026.
Eligible applicants are physicians (MD/DO), APRNs, and PAs who serve as clinical preceptors for eligible healthcare students (MD, DO, APRN, PA students) in rural Utah counties. Preference is given to first-time and uncompensated preceptors.
