Request for Information (RFI): Implementation Partner Services for a State-Managed EHR

Summary

The State is seeking information to inform upcoming competitive solicitations for implementation partners. Responses should address expertise, approach, phasing, and indicative costs, focusing on rural and safety-net provider environments.

Eligibility

Organizations with proven experience implementing, integrating, and supporting major EHR systems; ability to furnish certified EHR implementation staff at scale; experience serving rural and safety-net providers such as FQHCs, Rural Health Clinics, Critical Access Hospitals, parish health units, small primary care practices, and behavioral health/substance use disorder providers.

Requirements Checklist

• Submit responses using the provided Vendor Response Template (Attachment A). Provide corporate background and relevant experience. Outline proposed business model for service contracting. Describe proposed implementation, phasing, and timeline basis. Respond to technical and staffing requirements in Sections 3 and 4 of the RFI. Indicate indicative cost drivers, pricing models, roles, and staffing levels. Attach supporting documentation (organizational charts, case studies, Excel detail of positions and roles/costs, strategy slides) as applicable. Do not include binding cost or marketing information in response.
