Eligibility

Eligible applicants must serve rural or tribal North Dakota residents and may include: non-profit organizations, education systems (higher education institutions), and other organizations.

Requirements Checklist

• Applicants must: (1) Conduct a comprehensive statewide needs assessment of parents, caregivers, and professionals to identify behavioral health information/resource needs. (2) Design and develop an evidence-informed, modular, standardized Train-the-Trainer curriculum for key audiences (parents/caregivers, professionals, community organizations). (3) Create facilitator guides, participant materials, and implementation resources. (4) Develop an evaluation framework tracking effectiveness, engagement, and implementation. (5) Ensure activities do not duplicate existing efforts. (6) Collaborate with ND HHS and incorporate modifications as directed.
