Supports the expansion and implementation of specialty-based simulation workforce training programs for rural healthcare providers in Alabama, improving provider skills, readiness, and care quality across rural communities.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants include hospitals, health systems, rural hospitals, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, educational institutions, and other qualified healthcare training providers capable of carrying out Simulation Training Initiative activities and complying with all applicable award requirements. Applicants must have a valid UEI and active SAM.gov registration.

Requirements Checklist
Applicants must submit a complete application through the ARHTP portal with all required documentation. Funds must be used for approved project costs related to simulation training program development and delivery. Administrative/indirect costs are not allowable. Awardees must maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, reporting, and audit requirements for the project duration.
