No. A Government Intelligence Pilot uses public government documents and listings. It does not require access to state systems, PHI, or patient-level data.
The 90-day pilot includes a state-specific intelligence workspace, up to 15 users, cross-state benchmarking, a weekly intelligence digest, intelligence sessions on request, and a final State Intelligence Report.
No. RCJ presents aggregated engagement signals only. The Government page does not expose individual visitor activity or identify who viewed a program.
Rural Care Journey has no implementation business and no stake in which vendors win. We don't bid on RHTP work, so what you see is a neutral view — not a sales funnel dressed up as data.
Every opportunity, award, and contract record links directly to the public source document it came from — a state RFA, a procurement portal listing, an award notice. Nothing is estimated or inferred without saying so.
Rural Care Journey only aggregates already-public government documents and listings — we never connect to or access any state system. The platform is hosted with encryption in transit, and a pilot engagement never requires access to your internal systems or non-public data.
