These terms cover a Basic Vendor Listing — the free tier in the RHTP Vendor Directory — between AME Mobile Inc., operating the Directory as Rural Care Journey (“we,” “us”), and the organization submitting a listing (“you”). The paid Featured Vendor plan carries its own subscription terms and is not addressed here.
If your listing is approved, we display your organization name and website, your service description and capability categories, states served, and any contact details you designate as public — anything marked admin-only is never shown publicly. A logo, if you provide one, is shown for up to 30 days on a Basic listing; it doesn't remain past that window unless you subscribe to Featured Vendor. We don't publish anything beyond what you submit and approve.
Submissions are reviewed by our team before anything appears publicly — publication isn't automatic on submission. We may decline to list an organization, request changes first, or lightly edit submitted text for length, clarity, or formatting without altering its substance. We may also remove a live listing at any time if it becomes inaccurate, is no longer related to the Rural Health Transformation Program, or otherwise violates these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you first.
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you’re authorized to submit it on your organization’s behalf. You’re responsible for keeping your listing current; to update or remove it, email vendor@amemobile.net at any time.
Inclusion in the Directory isn’t an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by us, by any state health agency, or by CMS, and doesn’t imply that your organization is preferred, vetted for procurement, or guaranteed any funding, contract, or introduction. A Basic listing appears in standard directory order; it doesn’t receive the priority placement, featured carousel position, or lead analytics that come with a paid Featured Vendor subscription.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display your organization’s name, logo (where provided), and submitted description within the Directory and directly related pages, solely to operate your listing. This license ends when your listing is removed, whether at your request or ours.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle the information you submit and is incorporated into these terms by reference. We don’t sell your information or share it with third parties, and we use it solely to operate and maintain the RHTP Vendor Directory.
The Directory is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that a listing will generate any particular level of inquiries, introductions, or business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a Basic listing. Because a Basic listing carries no fee, liability is excluded outright rather than capped to a payment amount.
A Basic listing has no fixed term and no renewal to track. You may ask us to remove it at any time at no cost; we may remove it as described above. The No Endorsement, License, Data Use, and Disclaimer sections survive removal or termination of a listing.
We may update these terms as the Directory evolves. For a change that materially affects an active Basic listing, we’ll email the contact on file before it takes effect. Continuing to maintain a listing after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This is a business-to-business agreement between organizations, not a consumer contract.
Because a Basic listing is free and self-serve, acceptance works by consent: checking the agreement box on the vendor apply form and submitting it is what binds you to these terms — no separate signed agreement is needed for the Basic tier.
