What it is
A one-award planning and requirements engagement for a statewide workforce data clearinghouse. The work covers current-state orientation, underserved-area use cases, workforce churn and trend analysis, service-commitment tracking, stakeholder interviews, and a roadmap for a sustainable statewide system.
Who should look
Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits, Maryland local/state/federal agencies, and public colleges or state universities that are registered and in good standing with SDAT and eMMA.
Best suited to organizations with substantial data management, integration, analytics, visualization, requirements-gathering, project-management, and Maryland stakeholder-engagement experience. Subcontractors may perform up to 49% of the work, subject to the RFA rules.
