This opportunity requests proposals from eligible entities to support 150 workers in advancing their healthcare career pathway as part of the West Virginia Rural Health Transformation Program. The aim is to enhance the healthcare workforce pipeline by funding innovative approaches to career advancement for rural healthcare workers. Proposals should describe how the applicant will facilitate advancement for 150 healthcare workers, detail the methods and strategies used, and align with the rural workforce priorities outlined in the program.
