New York RHTP Initiative 4 — Cybersecurity Resilience Interest Form

Summary

Initiative 4 of New York's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) — Investments in Technology Innovation and Cybersecurity Resilience. Eligibility

Year 1: Rural hospitals in New York State are eligible. Years 2-5: Additional rural health care entities including pharmacies, nursing homes/long-term care, and school districts may be eligible, subject to program guidance and funding availability.

Requirements Checklist
