Minnesota RHTP: Identifying Performance Measures for Rural Health Transformation Program Health Information Technology Investments (Quick Call for Proposals)

Summary

the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The selected contractor will review RHTP-funded technology-related activities and CMS reporting requirements, meet with MDH to clarify project details, and deliver a framework to guide how rural health providers’ use of federally funded technology is measured and tied to care improvements, with a strong focus on value-based care readiness. The maximum budget for this project is $25,000.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include Minnesota-based businesses, including certified veteran-owned, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses, as described in Attachment A of the solicitation. Requirements Checklist

• Proposals must address tasks including review of RHTP technology-related activities and CMS reporting requirements, development of a performance measurement framework, regular communication with MDH, and availability for questions from MDH staff throughout the contract period. Responders may propose additional tasks if they improve project results within the $25,000 maximum budget. Late submissions are not considered. Retainage applies per Minn. Stat. § 16C.08, subd. 2 (10).
