Summary

COMMBUYS Notice of Opportunity (26EHSPMRHTPNOO) inviting nominations to the Rural Health Transformation Program Community Advisory Council (RHTP-CAC). EOHHS sought 15-20 members to bring rural community voices into program implementation and decision-making: 6 seats reserved for named organizations (MA Health and Hospital Association, MA League of Community Health Centers, MA Association of Behavioral Health, MA Senior Care Association, MA Rural Council on Health, Rural Policy Advisory Commission), remaining seats via open application. Eligible applicant categories: residents of rural MA communities; primary care/behavioral health/EMS/social-services providers in rural areas; representatives of rural hospitals and FQHCs; representatives of rural municipalities; community-based organizations serving rural residents. Council spans the full 5-year grant period; Year 1 monthly virtual meetings, Years 2-5 quarterly. Unlike MA's other two COMMBUYS RHTP bids, this one is publicly OPEN (not Invitation Only).

Eligibility

Residents of rural communities in Massachusetts; primary care, behavioral health, EMS, and social services providers in rural areas; representatives of Hospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in rural areas; representatives of rural municipalities; representatives of community-based organizations that serve rural residents.
