The WV Birth to Three Program is seeking applicants to operate Regional Administrative Units (RAU) for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. RAUs are responsible for implementing local System Point of Entry functions, administrative oversight of data entry into the WVBTT Online data system, and facilitating child find, interagency and family engagement activities. Activities must align with WVBTT policy and program requirements. Funding is for one year (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) with potential for renewal based on performance, program success, and continued availability of state and/or federal funds. The grant agreement requires compliance with applicable federal regulations (2 CFR 200) and is managed via the WVOASIS Vendor Self-Service Portal.
Eligible applicants must be organizations with experience in administering early intervention or similar systems serving infants and toddlers, families, and communities. Additional requirements and eligibility details are specified in the AFA. See solicitation documents for detailed criteria.
