The grantee must provide timely outreach, parent education, and required data and financial reporting in compliance with NHS and Early Hearing Detection and Intervention guidelines. Funding is available for April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026. Services help meet objectives including initiation of follow-up services within two business days of referral, support for DHH families, timely and accurate data maintenance, and collaboration with the NHS Project Director.
