## Eligibility

Eligible applicants are rural health care employers in Washington State, as defined by the Rural Health Transformation Program. Rural facilities must be licensed and serve communities designated as rural by the Washington State Office of Rural Health.

## Requirements

Applicants must propose retention incentives for licensed health care professionals with a five-year service commitment. Funds must be expended by June 30, 2027. Final reports and invoices are due July 31, 2027.
