Summary

The Department anticipates awarding one or more contracts with an initial term through April 30, 2030, with renewal options for up to four additional years, contingent on the availability of funds and Governor and Executive Council approval.

Eligibility

Qualified vendors must meet all qualifications of an External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) as outlined in 42 CFR 438.354. Vendors may be for-profit, non-profit, or other organizations that meet these requirements and must be authorized to do business in New Hampshire. Vendors must not be excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs. See full requirements in Section 1.4 and 6.3 of the RFP.

Requirements Checklist

• Submit separate electronic documents for Technical Response and Cost Proposal, including all required Appendices (C–H) and redacted resumes for key staff.
• Respond to all Mandatory Questions in Appendix E for both Part A (MCO) and Part B (DO), providing experience and sample work as required.
