# Missouri ToRCH Care Hub Anchor Application

The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) ToRCH (Transforming Rural Community Health) Care initiative selected 27 Hub Anchor organizations from 41 applications, announced July 17, 2026, subject to execution of a Hub Anchor Participation Agreement. Hub Anchors serve as the coordinating organization for a regional rural health transformation network under Missouri's RHTP award. Distinct from the existing DB 'ToRCH Care Strategic Minor Renovations (Horizon 1)' record (due 2026-06-11), which is a separate building-renovations construction/IFB program.
