## Eligibility

Eligible applicants include Minnesota-based businesses, including certified veteran-owned, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses, as described in Attachment A of the solicitation. ## Requirements

Proposals must address tasks including review of RHTP technology-related activities and CMS reporting requirements, development of a performance measurement framework, regular communication with MDH, and availability for questions from MDH staff throughout the contract period. Responders may propose additional tasks if they improve project results within the $25,000 maximum budget. Late submissions are not considered. Retainage applies per Minn. Stat. § 16C.08, subd. 2 (10).
