Two application windows in 2026 supported projects to increase the efficiency of local agency operations under the Maryland Rural Health Transformation Program's Pillar 2 (Promote Sustainable Access and Innovative Care). The RHTP is funded with federal support to strengthen and modernize healthcare in Maryland’s 18 state-designated rural areas.
