This RFP solicits proposals from qualified vendors to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive online platform for the collection, reporting, and monitoring of juvenile detention compliance data in New Hampshire. The solution will support state and local agencies in meeting all federal oversight and reporting obligations under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA) and the Juvenile Justice Reform Act (JJRA). The goal is to modernize and streamline New Hampshire’s approach to juvenile jail compliance, ensuring full federal compliance and safeguarding funding.
Qualified vendors capable of designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining a secure statewide digital data platform are eligible to apply.
