Idaho RHTP Data and Service Gap Evaluation

Summary

the Department, and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentation materials illustrating RHTP progress and impact for rural Idaho communities. Key deliverables include: Evaluation Design & Logic Model within 120 days, data backbone development and baseline evaluation report, quarterly learning briefs, monthly data quality checks and system functionality reviews, and annual evaluation report. Initial contract term is five years, from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2031, with total award not anticipated to exceed $2M in year one.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, public or quasi-public entities, qualified private entities, and Idaho universities with demonstrated experience and success with projects of similar magnitude.
