## Eligibility

Eligible applicants are rural Georgia hospitals as identified under the Rural Hospital Tax Credit Program criteria and included on DCH's published eligibility list for the FY26 cycle. Only hospitals listed as eligible for the Rural Tax Credit 2026 - Ranking of Financial Need list are eligible; ineligible if not on this list.
